She will work with you to determine and obtain the appropriate custody that you seek. She will develop a legal strategy and implement it. If you are already divorced, but there is a change in your life or that of your former spouse that requires a change to the custody or other divorce agreement, Attorney Barnes can seek a Modification of that agreement. Additionally, if your former spouse is not abiding by the rules of your visitation orders, Attorney Barnes can help you enforce the orders.
